Quality Craftsmanship From Someone You Can Trust

19 Years professionally but I've been renovation homes for over 25 years . I started my career as a licensed residential contractor in 2007 while living in Oklahoma and continued during our stay in North Carolina. My wife and I moved to Columbus in 2019 where I have continued my business. I love it and can't imagine doing anything else.

Yes. I will personally come out and discuss the project at no cost. We will go over the scope of work, talk about ideas or various design options, and I will email you an estimate based on our meeting within the week. There's no pressure to say yes.

Sometimes I find hidden problems such as mold or faulty wiring once I open up a wall, or the design may get altered once construction starts. If that happens, I will stop and talk to you first. We will discuss the issues/options and I'll put any cost changes in writing. I won't do extra work without your okay.

Livin' Good does most indoor projects and specializes in bathroom and kitchen remodels. I do all the construction projects myself including demo, framing, light plumbing/electrical, drywall, paint, tile, flooring, trim work. I am experienced in most indoor and outdoor home renovation tasks. I don't do additions or alterations where the foundation or roofing needs to be changed. If a project requires extensive creative plumbing or a licensed electrician I work with some great pro's that I trust and can bring in as needed.

I live in Clintonville and work in the surrounding areas including Upper Arlington, Worthington, Grandview Heights, Linworth, and near surrounding areas.

Every home and project is different, so there's no one price. The cost depends on the size of the job, the materials you pick, and how much work is involved. After I see your space, I'll take pictures and send you a clear written estimate so you know what to expect.

Absolutely. Take a look at my photos in SEE MY WORK, and I'm happy to share reviews from past customers also. Just ask and I'll send some your way. Typically once we meet and discuss your project, I'll attach some photos of past projects that may be similar to what you are envisioning. I have many more project photo's than what is on my website.

I'm happy to help with both. My business is not typically handyman type general household repairs as I typically do larger projects, but feel free to always reach out.

Yes. I am fully licensed, insured and bonded. My license is HIC03224. That protects your home and gives you piece of mind before the project is started. Just because a contractor is licensed doesn't mean they have all the answers or is right for your project. That comes with experience along with good communication skills and being able to adapt to any deviations that may occur during a project.
